I was born and raised in the Midwest and moved to Portland, Oregon in 2012 and Hood River, Oregon in 2022. While away from Move Mountains Counseling, I am practicing yoga, cooking and baking from my favorite cookbooks, and recreating outdoors. Any adventure with my husband and dog, Muus, whether it includes trail running, backpacking, mountain biking, backcountry skiing, or Nordic skiing, brings a welcomed opportunity to move, breathe and connect. 

 

I have a Master's Degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Lewis & Clark Graduate School of Education and Counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor registered in the state of Oregon.
